Problem Statement

G abon is the 3rd largest producer of manganese globally, but more than 90% of this valuable resource is exported in raw form, missing a huge opportunity for local value addition, job creation, and industrial development.

Our Solution

Afrik Tech Revolution proposes a modern ferroalloys processing plant to:

  • Locally transform manganese ore into ferro-manganese and silico-manganese

  • Use electric arc furnace technology (low-emission)

  • Train and hire 200+ local professionals

  • Export value-added alloys across Africa and internationally.

Vision:
To position Gabon as a pan-African industrial hub for manganese transformation.

Mission:
Build sustainable industrial capacity, reduce raw exports, and create skilled employment for Gabonese youth.

The project will:

  • Utilize electric arc furnace technology

  • Produce 50,000 tons/year of alloys

  • Create 200+ direct jobs, and over 300 indirect

  • Reduce raw ore exports and stimulate local industry
